Childbirth Preparation 101 was designed by Jessica, The Nomadic Doula, and is a work at your own pace course. You can access it for 9 months, so take your time, go back to sections you love, share it with your partner on your own schedule. There are videos, pictures, charts and downloads. Best of all you can email me with any questions or concerns you may have while you are taking the course.​
